The Grievance Process between Kansas City Public Schools and The kansas City Federation of Teachers and School Related Personnel is outlined in both the Certified and Classified CBAs. This document is a one page summary of what happens at each step if a grievance is filed and proceeds. Each Union member will be represented by either the President or an Attorney (depending on the severity of the grievance) The President of this Federation is required to receive a copy of all grievances filed with HR.
